There is no shortage of fantastic walking at the reserve, including the 8-mile wilderness trail, suitable for a variety of walking abilities, with information boards along the way. The Saints Way, a 30-mile walk from the northern harbour town of Padstow to the southern port of Fowey, also passes through the reserve.
