Brook Meadow is a traditional hay meadow located in Warwickshire, rich with wildflowers and surrounded by mature hedgerows and Cuttle Brook. Designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), it features herb-rich flood meadow grassland that is vital for local biodiversity. The reserve has been cared for since 1995, ensuring the preservation of its unique habitat, particularly important during winter flooding when visitors are advised to stick to the boundaries. Wildlife enthusiasts can look for species such as meadow foxtail and great burnet, which are becoming increasingly rare in the area. The best time to visit is in May, when activity peaks, particularly around midnight. Other notable sightings include jackdaws in November, coal tits in May, and common frogs in September, offering a diverse range of wildlife throughout the seasons.
