Once part of the Bloxholm Hall estate, it features low-lying, wet pasture fields, rich meadows, and marsh flora. The woodland is undergoing restoration to enhance biodiversity, with ancient coppiced trees and a variety of native species. Visitors can explore the reserve through a network of footpaths, making it an inviting spot for nature enthusiasts.
