Bickley Hall Farm is a 210-acre organic working farm located near Malpas in Cheshire, serving as the headquarters for Cheshire Wildlife Trust. The farm features a dedicated nature trail that connects to the Sandstone Trail and is managed under Natural England’s Countryside Stewardship Scheme. Its diverse habitats include species-rich hay meadows, flower-rich margins, wild bird seed plots, and wet meadows, all of which support a variety of wildlife, particularly farmland birds. Visitors to Bickley Hall Farm can look for a range of wildlife, particularly in autumn and winter when hundreds of feeding farmland birds are present. Notable sightings include the Bar-headed Goose, which peaks in November, and the Small Garden Bumblebee, best observed in July. The farm's rich biodiversity makes it an excellent destination for birdwatching and enjoying the vibrant natural environment throughout the year.
