Longhaven Cliffs is a stunning coastal nature reserve located in the UK, characterized by dramatic cliffs and rich marine habitats. This area is known for its diverse birdlife and is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), making it an important location for conservation and wildlife observation. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views while exploring the reserve, although please note that a section of the footpath is temporarily closed for repairs. Wildlife enthusiasts should visit Longhaven Cliffs in May for the best opportunities to see Atlantic Puffins, Skylarks, and other seabirds, particularly during dusk. Notable sightings include Northern Fulmars, Kittiwakes, and Shags, all peaking in June during the early hours of the morning. Eiders are best spotted in March, while Eurasian Kestrels can be seen in August. Plan your visit around these peak times for an unforgettable experience.
