Berry Head National Nature Reserve

Berry Head National Nature Reserve is a stunning coastal headland located to the east of Brixham in Devon, England. This area forms the southern boundary of Tor Bay and is designated as both a national and local nature reserve. Additionally, the site is recognized as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), highlighting its ecological importance and diverse habitats. Visitors to Berry Head can look forward to spotting a variety of bird species throughout the year. Notable sightings include the Cirl Bunting, which peaks in February, and the Herring Gull, best observed in January. October is an excellent time for observing Long-tailed Tits and Rock Pipits, while Shovelers are more commonly seen in November.
