Ashford Hill National Nature Reserve

Ashford Hill National Nature Reserve, located near the village of Ashford Hill in Hampshire, is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and part of Natural England's nature reserves. The reserve features a variety of habitats that support diverse wildlife, making it an important area for conservation and ecological study. November is particularly rich for sightings, with the Feathered Thorn and limnephilus lunatus peaking around midnight. Other highlights include the Red-Line Quaker in October and the Speckled Wood in May, both best observed around 1:00 AM.
